Return and Exchange Policy - MIRO France

We offer flexible solutions to guarantee your satisfaction:

1 Free* and simplified exchanges:

  • Exchange any item that doesn't fit free of charge.
  • You have 30 days after receipt to exchange.

Eligible countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Canada, Switzerland* (Switzerland is subject to certain conditions. Please contact customer service for further information).

2 Reimbursement :

  • Send us an e-mail to initiate a refund.
  • Refund within 30 days of inspection of returned item.
  • Return postage at your expense.

3 Credit Refund + 10€ Bonus

  • Receive a credit note equal to the amount of your purchase plus a €10 bonus.
  • Return postage at your expense.

4 Retention option with partial credit balance (valid only once)

  • Keep the item and receive a credit of 50% of its price.
  • Have immediately available.

5 Refund in the form of a credit note (return postage paid by us)

  • Receive a credit note equal to the amount of your purchase.
  • MIRO France is responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift items and coupon codes :

  • Donated items must be returned for a full refund.
  • Free gifts with promo codes are subject to minimum purchase conditions.
  • By default, the value of the item offered will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are unsure whether to return your gift, please contact our customer service department.

Exceptions:

  • Underwear and gift cards are not eligible for return for reasons of hygiene and policy.

Return and exchange procedure :

  1. Confirm the return by e-mail to contact@miro-france.com
  2. Return the order in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Include your order number in the package and the reason for the return (exchange-refund-credit).
  4. Choose a shipping method with tracking.

Returns Processing :

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receipt.

Note:

  • Insure your parcel during shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Late returns (after 30 days) will not be refunded.
